The Classic Club is 15 minutes south of Tacoma in Spanaway east of Fort Lewis.

The golf course is a traditional layout winding along tall, fir tree lined corridors with water hazards in play on five holes and well bunkered landing zones and greens. From the Black tees it's 6,903 yards, 73.4/136, course/slope ratings with four shorter tees, designed by Bill Overdorf in the early 1990s.
