Devil's Ridge is located well north of Detroit off MI 24 in Oxford Township to the east.

The golf course moves over a large tract of land with each hole isolated and unique and is generally straightforward save for several doglegs. The layout follows rolling terrain through forested areas with numerous ponds and a lake in addition to a modest amount of sand traps along the fairways and guarding the large, contoured greens. The layout can play to 6,612 yards from the back tees, 72.2/123, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees, designed by Mark McCumber in 1995.
