Eagles Bluff is on a ridge overlooking the Mississippi River on the south side of Clarksville.

The layout ranges from fairways along the River's bottom land to climbing up the bluffs over hilly, sloping, tree-lined fairways with numerous doglegs. Multiple ponds and a lake are in play, and a generous number of sand bunkers defend the landing zones off the tee and the contoured greens. Designed by John Boyd, it will play to 6,977 yards, 74.2/140 course/slope ratings off the back tees with three shorter tees.
