The Erie Golf Club is a municipal course located is on the south side of Erie off I-90 at the I-79 exit to the north.

The golf course was originally carved out of deep woods over rolling topography with fairways defined by old growth hardwoods. Consistent with 100 year old designs, the greens are modest in size and oval shaped with sufficient undulation. There's 35 sand bunkers in play along the landing areas and greenside with minimal water features. It's a par of 69 and 5,682 yards, 70.6/126, course/slope ratings from the blue tees with two shorter tees, originally designed by A.W. Tillinghast with a renovation by Richard Mandell.
