Frenchman's Bend is on the north side of Monroe off US 165 within a residential development.

It's a parkland layout with scattered trees lining the fairways and multiple water hazards and sand traps in play both along the landing areas and guarding the greens. It's fairly open at least on the front side while the back side is narrow and challenging, especially if the wind is up. It was designed by Dave Marr and Jay Riviere and from the tips can play to 6,861 yards, 72.5/118, course/slope ratings with three shorter sets of tees.
