Grand Oak is west of Cincinnati on the Indiana/Ohio border in West Harrison off I-74.

The layout is in a scenic setting carved through the forests along hilly and sloping fairways with uphill/downhill/sidehill lies the norm. It has its share of elevated greens and tees, a few blind shots, water hazards, and sand bunkers where course management wins over distance. From the back tees it's only 6,528 yards, 71.6/134, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees, designed by Dr. Michael Hurdzan.
