Harbour Pointe is north of Seattle off the I-5 at the Mukilteo Speedway then north six miles.

The course is partially within a residential community although most of the holes are isolated and tree lined in a setting providing scenic views of the Olympic Mountains and the Puget Sound. This target layout's front side is over level terrain through wetlands with water features on every hole while the back is parkland style along narrow and hilly, evergreen tree lined fairways. From the back tees, it's 6,881 yards, 73.0/137, course/slope ratings with four shorter tees, designed by Arthur Hills.
