The layout is a classic, Florida residential development course over level terrain and along broad, mounded fairways bordered by an abundance of sand bunkers and water features with generous, contoured greens. It plays to 6,587 yards from the tips, 73.2/137, course/slope ratings with four shorter tees, designed by Arthur Hills with redesign work by Chris Wilczynski in 2013.
