Hidden Pines CC is one hour southeast of Kansas City west of Warrensburg off US 50 to the south in a natural setting without homes or development on the east side of Post Oak Creek.

The layout is parkland style winding along tree lined fairways over a large tract of land with the holes isolated and unique. The routing has slight elevation change, there's two scenic holes along a large lake along with several small secondary water features, and sand bunkers are positioned mostly greenside.
