King's Grant is on the north side of Fayetteville off I-295 at US 401 to the south within a residential community.

The layout moves over undulating fairways through separate, pine tree lined corridors. There's less than 20 sand bunkers in play, water hazards in play on a few holes on the front, but most on the back side, and generous, contoured green complexes. There's multiple sets of tees from 4,985 yards to 6,634 yards, 71.0/137, course/slope ratings off the tips, designed by Jim Holmes.
