The Live Oaks Golf Club is on the northwest side of Jackson on US 49.

The golf course is a traditional layout trekking over slightly rolling contours along fairways bordered by pine and oak trees in a natural setting. There's multiple ponds in play and a stream cutting diagonally across the course, but a sparing use of sand traps overall. It will play to 6,595 yards, 71.1/124, course/slope ratings off the back tees with three shorter tees, designed by John Stahl.
