Mission Inn Golf and Tennis resort is located 30 miles north of Orlando just off the Florida Turnpike with two 18 hole championship courses.

El Campeon is the favored layout as it's routed over rolling hills and along tree lined fairways with a variety of interesting and challenging holes. There's water or wetlands in play on 13 holes, it's well bunkered along the landing zones and greens, and it has an elevation change of over 85 feet. There's a total of six sets of tees from 4,500 yards to 7,001 yards, the white tees play to 6,242 yards, 70.3/131, course/slope ratings, designed by George O'Neil in 1917 with further design work by Charles Clarke of Troon, Scotland.

The Las Colinas course is more wide open with an abundance of sand bunkers off the tee and surrounding the greens in addition to water hazards in play on 12 holes. There's a total of six tees from 4,922 yards to 7,230 yards, the white tees play to 6,365 yards, 70.9/126, course/slope ratings, designed by Gary Koch.
