Oak Hurst is 10 miles south of Tyler on the west side of US 69 and adjoins Peach Tree, an executive layout.

Oak Hurst lumbers over hilly land along pine and hardwood, tree lined fairways and is generally straightforward save for a few gentle and dramatic doglegs. There's several risk/reward opportunities with water hazards on 10 holes yet only 16 sand traps mostly around the greens. It was designed by Carlton Gipson and plays to 6,813 yards, 72.3/126, course/slope ratings from the tips with four shorter sets of tees.
