The Pheasant Hill CC is 25 miles west of Binghamton just off the Southern Tier Expressway at exit 64 to the south a few miles in the midst of farmland on one of the highest points in Tioga County.

The layout ambles over a former farm with open, links-style holes on the front side while those on the backside are carved through the forest over varying elevation changes. The course's main defense is the water hazards in play on over half the holes yet with minimal sand bunkers defending several greens. It can play to 6,020 yards from the back tees, 69.1/122, course/slope ratings for a par of 71 with three shorter tees, designed by Jeff and Ken Springsteen in 2008.
