The Queenfield Golf Club is 15 miles northeast of Mechanicsville off US 360 to the north surrounded by farmland and forest.

The course was carved through the deep woods over rolling terrain along a blend of narrow and broad, fairway corridors framed by deep underbrush. It features gentle doglegs, streams and ponds, and sand bunkers defending most of the ample green complexes. Overall, there's five sets of tees from 4,978 yards to 6,754 yards off the back tees with the middle, white tees at 5,802 yards, 68.6/120, course/slope ratings, designed by Dean Summer.
