The Deltona Club is located northeast of Orlando off I-4 in Deltona midway between Daytona Beach and Orlando.

The golf course was an early planned community amenity of the Deltona development, and was a generally straightforward, parkland layout over slightly rolling hills until a redesign by Bobby Weed. The effect was a complete updating of the layout's green and tee complexes and adding sculptured waste area sand bunkers framing the fairways and the greens providing more visual appeal and challenge. It now plays to 6,988 yards from the tips, 73.5/126, course/slope ratings with four shorter tees.
