Apple Tree is on the west side of Yakima on Occidental Ave just west of the airport.

The course meandeers through an apple orchard and a residential development on the backside. It features tree lined, rolling fairways, a generous amount of sand traps, water in play on half the holes, and an island green par 3, #17 shaped like an apple. It plays to 6,961 yards, 74.3/140, course/slope ratings from the tips with four shorter tees, designed by John Steidel.
