Arrowhead is in the Arrowhead State Park on Lake Eufaula, northeast of McAlester and southwest of Muskogee.

The setting provides scenic views of the Lake, the surrounding countryside, and the park from the golf course. It's a parkland-type design over a large tract of tree-lined and hilly terrain with minimal sand bunkers and a few water hazards. From the back tees, it's 6,761 yards, 72.3/122, course/slope ratings with two shorter tees. Floyd Farley designed the original nine holes, with Dave Bennett adding the second nine.
