The golf course is within a residential development with three nines, Mesquite, Sycamore, and Birch. The layouts have generous driving lanes off the tees with multiple water hazards and sand traps along the landing areas and guarding the greens. The Mesquite/Sycamore is a par 66 layout at 4,828 from the blues with 62.3/103, course/slope ratings; Birch/Mesquite is par 65, 4,826 yards, 62.9/106; Sycamore/Birch is par 65, 4,624 yards, 63.1/104, designed by David Rainville in the early 1990s.
