The Bath CC is just off the Southern Tier Expressway at Washington St on the east side of Bath.

The layout is parkland style with a variety of open and narrow, tree lined fairways over a slight change in elevation in a largely natural setting. The golf course is very playable with reachable par 5s in two, water hazards in play on 6 holes, sand bunkers mostly greenside, and small to mid-sized greens. It can play to 6,407 yards from the back tees, 70.7/130, course/slope ratings with three shorter tee boxes. The original 9 holes, now the back side, were designed by Tom Bonner in the early 1950s, the second nine opened in 1993, designed by Robert Tallman.
