Bavarian Hills is in St Mary's 20 minutes north of Dubois carved through and surrounded by forests.

The layout is a parkland style design along rolling and sloping, tree lined fairways with sand bunkers primarily greenside and an abundance of water hazards in the form of wetlands, ponds, and streams. It's 6,096 yards from the back tees, 70.4/134, course/slope ratings with two shorter tees, designed by Bill Love and Brian Ault.
