Bay Hill is located midway between Universal Studios and the Disney Resorts in southwest Orlando.

The golf course is a classic, Florida layout along broad fairways with a prodigious variety of sand bunkers and numerous water hazards defending the fairways and greens creating heroic strategies. From the tips it plays to 7,267 yards, 75./137, course/slope ratings with four shorter tees. Dick Wilson designed the course in the early 60s, but Palmer and Ed Seay tinkered the course for years. It's the home of the annual PGA tour stop bearing Palmer's name and only open to guests of one of the 70 lodge rooms on site.
