Beatrice CC is about 45 minutes due south of Lincoln in the small farming community of Beatrice.
The golf course provides a blend of classic parkland style holes from the 1920s along narrow, tree lined fairways to those added in 1994 over broad, open fairways with natural areas at the borders. There's multiple ponds and wetlands in play and a variety of contoured sand bunkers sprinkled along the fairways and guarding the greens of varying shapes and sizes. There's five sets of tees from 5,019 yards to 7,169 yards at the back tees, the blue tees are 6,320 yards, 71.3/133 course and slope, redesigned in the mid-1990s by Bill Love.
