The "Beav" is on the north side of Concord west of the Merrimac River off Sewalls Falls Road.

The golf course is a classic, New England layout winding along confining, tree lined fairways with several water hazards in play and sand traps mostly defending the modest greens. There's three sets of tees with the tips playing to 6,364 yards, 70.7/126, course/slope ratings. It's the oldest golf course in the state having originated in the late 1800s and designed by Willie Campbell for $50 with the second nine added and the course redesigned by Geoffrey Cornish in the late 1960s.
