Bella Vista is northeast of Pottstown in Gilbertsville off Swamp Pike at Fagleysville Road to the east about 30 minutes from King of Prussia.

The golf course is a parkland layout partially bordering a residential development with most of the homesites set back from the broad fairways. Th fairways are defined by trees over rolling terrain with several ponds/lakes in play featuring an island greens and sand bunkers lining the fairways and securing the greens. It can play to 6,474 yards, from the tips, 70.1/134, course/slope ratings with three shorter sets of tees, designed by James Blaukovitch.
