Bella Vista is a massive, retirement community just north of Bentonville on the Arkansas/Missouri border with 6-18-hole regulation courses and two executive, nine hole layouts.

The Country Club is the top course in terms of layout and conditioning. Dogwood Hills is a wide open and ranging links style layout with a par 3 finishing hole over water which is a little unusual. Scottsdale is unique in that the front side is relatively playable over rolling hills while a number of holes on the backside mimic a roller coaster. Highland might be the most challenging layout as it's carved through a forest over rolling hills with with little room for error. Berksdale and Kingswood are very basic layouts along the highway and the least interesting.
