Birch Creek is a municipal golf course located a few miles north of Logan in Smithfield off Main Street to the east.

The course is challenging as it traverses tree lined fairways over fairly level land with views of the mountains throughout. It's a straightforward design providing numerous slight doglegs along fairways defined by trees with a moderate use of sand bunkers both at the landing areas and around the mid-sized greens. The golf course was designed by Bill Hall and Ray Howard and is 6,824 yards from the back tees, 72.2/124, course/slope ratings off the back tees with three shorter tees.
