Brentwood is on the west side of Beaumont off I-10 at Brooks Road exit to the north within a residential community.

The course ambles through the community over level terrain along fairways defined by cypress and palm trees with ponds, streams, and wetlands as the dominant feature and in play on a majority of the holes. The fairways are somewhat confining off the tee with OB bordering a number of holes and sand bunkers defending most the greens. It will play to 6,689 yards, 72.1/125, course/slope ratings off the back tees with three shorter tees, designed by Johnny Barlow.
