Bridge Haven is 20 minutes north of Beckley in Fayetteville and about an hour south of Charleston, located off US 19 to the southeast.

The course wanders through a quiet, scenic setting with scattered tree-lined fairways over gently rolling terrain in a valley. The front nine is fairly wide open and forgiving, with the occasional sand trap and pond coming into play, while the backside is more strategic as it tightens up with a series of long par 4s and 5s. The course was designed by Roger Flint, and plays to a short 6,032 yards from the tips, 68.5/119, course/slope ratings, with two shorter tees.
