Bucknell Golf Club is on the south side of Lewisburg off the Westbranch Highway west of the Bucknell University campus.

The golf course is a compact classic, parkland layout over slightly rolling terrain with fairways defined by old growth, hardwood trees. There's two ponds in play and 47 sand bunkers positioned mostly around the modest greens of varying shapes. The course plays to 6,224 yards from the back tees, 70.0/132, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees. The initial nine holes were designed in 1930 by Emil Loeffler, the superintendent at Oakmont GC in Pittsburgh with the second by Ed Ault in 1960.
