The Golf Club of Bucyrus is about 30 minutes west of Mansfield off US 30 in Bucyrus on the east bank of the Sandusky River.

It's an interesting layout with abundant character. It winds through tree-lined fairways over rolling hills along ravines, lakes, creeks, and the River, leading to modest, oval greens well protected by sand traps. From the Blues, it's 6,355 yards, 71.9/130, course/slope ratings. The original nine holes are from the 1920s, and the second nine was added by Barry Serafin in the early 1990s.
