The Cadiz Country Club is on the southeast side of Cadiz off US 250 and is 18 miles north of St. Clairsville.

The golf course rambles over a hilly tract of land along fairways defined by mature hardwoods in a natural setting without homes or development. It's a strategic test with modest fairway corridors, 25 sand bunkers and small, oval greens. It can play to 6,624 yards, 71.8/126, course/slope ratings from the back tees with four shorter tees.
