Cardinal Hills is southeast of Muncie in Selma, just north of the Prairie Creek Reservoir along the White River.

The golf course is a straightforward parkland layout meandering along tree-lined fairways. The White River and two ponds are in play, and 10 sand bunkers defend half the greens. It was originally designed in the early 1950s by Bill Diddel and is 6,338 yards from the back tees, 70.2/125 course/slope ratings, and two shorter tee boxes.
