Caswell Pines Golf Club is 40 miles northeast of Greensboro and 15 miles south of Danville in Yanceyville.

The golf course wanders over a large, natural tract of rolling terrain with unique, isolated fairways defined by pine trees. In terms of hazards, several ponds and streams are in play, in addition to sand bunkers defending the landing areas off the tee and the greens. Gene Hamm designed the course with three sets of tees, with the tips playing to 6,651 yards, 71.8/129, course/slope ratings.
