The Cedars at Dungeness is between Port Townsend and Port Angeles just north of Olympic National Park.
The golf course is a parkland style layout on the Olympic Peninsula which is traditionally dryer than the rest of the northwest during the rainy season. The layout has tree lined fairways with homes along a few holes, sand bunkering along the fairways and guarding the greens, and several water hazards in play. The course plays to 6,610 yards from the back tees, 70.2/125, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees, and was designed by Jack Reimer, who created the par-5 third hole with a bunker in the shape of the Dungeness crab.
