Champions Run Golf Course is an hour from downtown Nashville southwest of Murfreesboro off Hwy 269 surrounded by farmland and forests.

The course is a parkland layout roaming over level topography along fairways defined by trees with Puckett Branch snaking through the course from north to south and in play often in addition to multiple ponds. There's also a modest amount of sand bunkers defending the landing zones and the contoured greens. The White tees are 6,472 yards, 71.1/118, course/ratings with one longer and two shorter tees, designed by C. Stuart Moore in 2002.
