The Chapel Hills Golf Course is on the southwest side of Ashtabula on Austinburg Road surrounded by fields and forests.

It's a traditional design with fairway corridors defined by dense woods or scattered trees at the margins. It's a shot maker's layout though with more doglegs than a kennel, but a sparing use of sand and water and generous, oval greens as targets. It will play to 6,038 yards, 69.9/119, course/slope ratings off the Blue tees with three shorter tees, designed by Bill Franklin.
