The Chateau is a parkland-style layout on rolling hills with water in play on 10 holes, 80+ sand bunkers around the landing zones and greens, and generous, contoured, and undulating greens. It is 7,030 yards from the tips, 73.9/137, course/slope ratings with four shorter tees, designed by Denis Griffiths.

The Woodlands traverses rolling terrain along tree-lined fairways throughout with numerous water features and sand traps along the fairways and securing the greens. It can play to 6,735 yards, 73.1/135, course/slope ratings from the back tees with four shorter tees, designed by Griffiths as well.
