Clermont National is located 20 miles west of Orlando on US 50 within a residential community.

The golf course has a significant elevation change unique to Florida and a host of interesting holes sporting views of downtown Orlando and Disney World. There are 50 +/—conventional, pot, and waste area sand bunkers in play, with water features on seven holes. Five sets of tees, with the tips playing to 6,975 yards, 72.1/121 course/slope ratings, were designed by Terry LaGree.
