The Cliff View Golf Club is 10 miles north of I-64 on the north side of Covington in the Allegheny Highlands.

The course marches over a scenic setting surrounded by the cliff faces of the Highlands along fairways defined by trees on a bend in the Jackson River. It provides for varying degrees of elevation change and a sparing use of sand traps and water hazards, but the small round greens are the course's main defense. It plays to a short, 6,035 yards, 68.7/126, course/slope ratings off the back tees with three shorter tees, designed by Frank & Matt Sponaugle.
