The Clinton Country Club is on the east side of Clinton surrounded by farmland and Dillion Creek save for several fairways bordered by homes.

The golf course is a parkland layout ambling along tree lined fairways with ponds providing a few forced carries. It's generally straightforward but with numerous slight doglegs and a sparing use of sand bunkers. It's a par 72 at 6,507 yards from the tips, 71.0/122, course/slope ratings with two shorter tees, designed by Kevin Pargman.
