Cooper's Hawk is located in north central Arkansas about an hour and a half north of Little Rock and about the same from Mountain Home.

The layout is a mix of open and parkland style holes on a roomy tract of land over slightly rolling hills. There's numerous water features and a modest amount of sand bunkers occasionally at the landing zones, but generally around the greens. The course was designed by Bob McGee, and from the black tees it's 7,011 yards, 74.2/126, course/slope ratings with three shorter sets of tees.
