Silver Springs Shores is southeast of Ocala off Maricamp Road.

The layout is partially through a residential development but with most holes carved through the woods. The front side's more of a parkland style layout along tree lined fairways while the back side moves along broad fairways weaving through wetlands and ponds with a generous amount of sand bunkers in play. It's a challenging layout at 6,935 yards from the tips, 74.1/130, course and slope ratings with five shorter tees, designed by Desmond Muirhead.
