Creel Bay GC is just south of the town center off ND 2 on the north side of Devils Lake on Creel Bay.

The layout provides a blend of open holes from the newer front nine and tree lined fairways on the backside which originated in the 1920s. It's roams over relatively flat land with several lakes and streams and a modest amount of sand traps. It's 6,441 yards from the tips, 71.0/118, course/slope ratings with two shorter tees.
