Crowfield is on land with remnants of the original Crowfield Plantation now withing a real estate development in Goose Creek off I-26 at exit 23 to the east.

The layout is target oriented with narrow, tree lined fairways, numerous slight and dramatic doglegs, water hazards on over half the holes, and sand bunkers defending the fairways and greens. It was designed by Bob Spence and from the back tees is 7,005 yards, 74.2/141, course/slope ratings with four shorter tees.
