Diamond Hills is located on Highway 7 south of Diamond City on a peninsula of sorts of Bull Shoals Lake.

The layout is over a large tract of land surrounded by forests along broad fairways defined by trees. There's water in play on 13 holes overall in the form of ponds and streams, numerous slight and dramatic doglegs, and 12 sand bunkers defending multiple greens. It can play to 6,469 yards, 70.1/120, course/slope ratings off the tips with three shorter tees, designed by Maurie Bell.
