The Douglas CC is about an hour southeast of Casper just off I-25 in the small community of Douglas.

The golf course is a parkland layout with scattered evergreen trees lining the level fairways in a scenic setting providing views of Laramie Peak in the distance. There's a few doglegs, several ponds, and minimal sand traps, but otherwise it's very playable. It's an ancient course with the initial nine holes from the 1920s and short at only 6,253 yards from the back tees, 68.6/112, course/slope ratings.
