Eagle Valley is on the east side of St. Paul in Woodbury, on Woodbury Drive, a few miles south of I-94.

The golf course is a parkland layout flowing through a residential community, with the homes generally set back far enough off the fairways. The broad fairways traverse relatively level terrain with ponds, lakes, and wetlands in play on over half the holes and sand traps positioned along the fairways and greens, which are generous in size and contoured with slight undulation. There are five sets of tees overall, the tips play to 6.902 yards with a 135 slope, the middle tees are 6,197 yards, 70.2/129, course/slope ratings, designed by Joel Goldstrand.
