Enger Park is located just south of downtown off the Skyline Parkway on Observation Hill overlooking the Duluth harbor.

There's 27 holes here, the Front, Back, and Middle, all of which are parkland layouts marching through tree lined fairways over rolling hills with occasional views of Lake Superior. There's the Coffee and Buckingham Creeks cutting through various sections of the course along with numerous ponds and wetlands and a scattering of sand bunkers mostly around the greens.
