Forest Creek is just north of Austin in Round Rock on the east side of town near where 130 and US 79 intersect.

The golf course is with a residential community and is a target layout with sharp dog legs, water hazards on over half the holes, strategically located sand bunkers, and relatively large greens that provide significant undulation. It was designed by Dick Phelps and is 7,147 yards, 73.8/136, course/slope ratings off the tips with three shorter tees.
